Daily CLC Prayer verse

““I came to cast fire on the earth, and would that it were already kindled! I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how great is my distress until it is accomplished! Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division. For from now on in one house there will be five divided, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.””
‭‭Luke‬ ‭12:49-53‬ ‭ESV‬‬

All,This stands out because Jesus says, “Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division.” I hear “Unity” in the oddest places and often ask, “Unity around what?” My interpretation is that we can have unity as long as we go along with what the world thinks at that moment. There seems to always be division between the biblical worldview and the secular worldview. Are we being true disciples if we take on the secular world view for the sake of “unity”? Please pray that we and our friends seek true “unity” in the everlasting God who doesn’t change with the wind. Please pray for Ransom and Doug’s group.

    **Get a Free Fee Estimate**

    **Request Wiring Instructions Here**

Georgia law (O.C.G.A Section 44-14-13, the “Good Funds” law) requires all funds for closing to be received by the closing attorney in excess of $5,000.00 be in the form of a wire. For amounts in between $0.01 and $5,000.00, a certified check issued by a local bank will be accepted. If you have any questions regarding these requirements, please contact the closings department so as to avoid any delay in the disbursement of your closing. If you need to transmit funds by wire, please contact us for wiring instructions. If you are arranging funds in advance of our preparation of the Settlement Statement, we recommend discussing the estimated amount due at closing with your Lender, then wiring that amount to us. Certified checks, if applicable, should be payable either to “Parkway Law Group, LLC”, or to your own name and then endorsed to us at closing.

ALL FUNDS MUST BE REMITTED AS FOLLOWS:

    Earnest Money: wire transfer only
Funds to Close: $5,000 or less, wire or cashier’s check required (no personal checks); $5,000.01 or more, wire transfer only

    BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT WIRE INSTRUCTIONS!
Wire fraud, email hacking and phishing attacks are on the rise to misdirect funds for closings. ALWAYS call our office to confirm our instructions prior to sending any wire – find our number from an independent source. NEVER respond or rely solely on wire instructions you receive by email, even if it appears to come from our office. Wiring instructions will only be sent once and only via secure email for our account at FIRST CITIZENS BANK or SUNTRUST (NOW TRUIST). We are not responsible for any wires sent by you to an incorrect bank account.
