All,This stands out because David says, “The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.” I can only imagine how many people are calling on Him during this crisis in truth. This virus has exposed a spirit of fear in a lot people. This country has been lulled to sleep with its prosperity. We have so much to entertain us that few think about death and eternal life. God loves us and wants us to put Him first. Once He is first in our lives, we have nothing to fear. How fitting is it that this solitude will enable Easter to take on a whole new meaning for so many? Please pray for our nation to receive Christ’s gift to us to cleanse us for a eternal relationship with Him.

Georgia law (O.C.G.A Section 44-14-13, the “Good Funds” law) requires all funds for closing to be received by the closing attorney in excess of $5,000.00 be in the form of a wire. For amounts in between $0.01 and $5,000.00, a certified check issued by a local bank will be accepted. If you have any questions regarding these requirements, please contact the closings department so as to avoid any delay in the disbursement of your closing. If you need to transmit funds by wire, please contact us for wiring instructions. If you are arranging funds in advance of our preparation of the Settlement Statement, we recommend discussing the estimated amount due at closing with your Lender, then wiring that amount to us. Certified checks, if applicable, should be payable either to “Parkway Law Group, LLC”, or to your own name and then endorsed to us at closing.
