“Preserve me, O God, for in you I take refuge. I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good apart from you.” As for the saints in the land, they are the excellent ones, in whom is all my delight.”Psalms 16:1-3 ESV

All,
This stands out because David says, “I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good apart from you.”” Can we do anything “good” apart from the Lord? We may not necessarily be doing anything bad, but if it is apart from the Lord, is it good? God has a purpose for our lives today and we can chose to produce wheat, hay and straw or we can produce gold and silver. One is outside of God’s purpose and one is in Gods purpose. Please pray that we and our friends seek God’s purpose today and obey. Please pray for the Cobb CLC breakfast on June 15th at Marietta Diner.
