This stands out because Paul says, “your thoughts will be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ.” Years ago I thought God’s purpose for me was to encourage people to read the Bible. If we spend time in the Bible, we come to know Jesus in a way that is impossible through great sermons, books, friends, etc. It’s also easy for Satan to lead us astray if we don’t know what the Bible actually says. Please pray that we and our friends spend time this year reading God’s Word and getting to know Him more. Please pray for the CLC Prayer and fundraising breakfast with Bill Curry on 2/18.
