This stands out because Paul says, “For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures”. This reminds me of a lesson Adam Pannell gave. Christ died, buried, raised according to the Scriptures. If we believe that, we are saved. If we believe that, do we believe and trust Jesus or just that He died for our sins. Please pray that we and our friends believe Jesus and ask ourselves if we trust Him to be transformed by Him.
