“O Timothy, guard the deposit entrusted to you. Avoid the irreverent babble and contradictions of what is falsely called “knowledge,” for by professing it some have swerved from the faith. Grace be with you.” (1 Timothy 6:20-21 ESV)

This sticks out today because of “irreverent babble”. Paul keeps bringing this up in Timothy and it seems to apply today. My mind will waste a good part of the day having debates in my mind with “faceless” people that I read about or see on tv about politics or about right and wrong. This does absolutely no good what so ever. However, it takes my mind off being grateful for what God has given me and that can only “swerve me from the faith”. Please pray that we and our friends focus on what God wants us to focus on. Please pray for our co-facilitator training on March 24th.
