“As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy. All,This stands out because Paul says, “As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy.” If you are reading this email, you are rich in the eyes of 90% of the world. Maybe even 95%. We always think someone else is rich though. God knows that if we put hope in anything above Him, we are doomed for heartache. Only He is steadfast and true. He “richly provides us with everything to enjoy”. These are easy words to write and very difficult to obey.
