This stands out because John says, “And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb.”  Can you imagine no sun or moon, but God as the light?  Where do you get your sustenance from?  Is it from work, accomplishments, pleasing people?  God wants us to look to Him first and He will give us those things that are of Him.
