This stands out because Paul says, “And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.”  How do you recognize counterfeit money?  By being so familiar with real money that something is noticeably wrong. How do we recognize Satan as a angel of light?  Being so familiar with Jesus and what the Bible says that we know something is wrong.
