This stands out because Jesus says, “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.” Why would a leader cause someone to sin? I doubt they want someone to sin, but they get tripped up in sympathy and attempt to water down the Gospel in order to make it more accepted. It doesn’t seem to end well for such a leader. Please pray that we and our friends seek to please God. Please pray for Hunter and David’s group.
