This stands out because Jesus says, “the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and it proves unfruitful.” This seems very common in modern times. This generation is wealthy beyond any measure in history, yet people are unfulfilled. Whose opinion matters most to you? The world or Jesus? Please pray that we and our friends seek truth today.
