This stands out because Jeremiah says, “your words became to me a joy and the delight of my heart.” How is your quiet time with God? How is your sense of peace? I can assume they are correlated. At the times when we don’t think we have any time to spend with God is the exact times we need to spend more time with God. “Unless the Lord builds the house….”Psalm 127.
