This stands out because the Psalmist says, “so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him”. God loves us! He wants the best for us. Do we go to Him like we want our children to come to us? There is nothing our children can do to make us love them less, but we will guide them and discipline them because we want the best for them as God does us.
